Payment Policy
1. Payment Policy
Aabarna.Biz requires payment to be made in full before items are delivered to you. Payment for all custom orders (e.g. crowns, mounts, icons) should be made in the following order:
- 70% Upfront Payment
- Upon confirmation of the order, 70% of the cost must be paid up.
- 30% Final Payment
- When items are ready to be delivered, the remaining 30% of the cost must be paid.
Aabarna.Biz will deliver your order as soon as full payment is received. However, due to space constraints, we do require the final payment to be made within three months from the time the item is ready. Beyond 3 months, the order will be deemed void and whatever monies already paid will not be refunded.

Prices for all orders - custom and ready-made orders - will be quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD). Payment can be made via the following:

3. Payment Security
To process your payment online, PayPal collects your personal information over a secure link using industry standard software, which encrypts your information.
Aabarna.Biz will not have any access to your personal details.

4. Returns policy
Aabarna.Biz does not have a returns policy. To ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we strongly urge you to ask all the relevant questions and provide all the necessary information and details before confirming your order.
5. Order cancelation policy
Once the order details have been finalized and the 70% upfront payment is paid, we will not be able to cancel the order or make changes to the specifications of the order. If customers still wish to cancel the order, the upfront payment of 70% will not be refunded.

2. How are the items priced?
All items are priced in US dollars as all PayPal transactions are processed in US dollars.
3. Why are gold-plated items priced differently at different times?
The seemingly inconsistent pricing of similar items is solely due to the price of gold at the time of purchase. The price of gold determines the cost of plating which thereby affects the overall cost of an item.
4. Does Aabarna have an Exchange Policy?
Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not have an exchange policy. We do urge our customers to provide all the required information, with drawings and accurate measurements, so that we can deliver exactly what you require.
5. I want to order a crown for my home deity. How do I take accurate measurements to ensure the crown fits perfectly?

6. What are the delivery options for Singapore customers?
As part of our value added service, customers based in Singapore will have their goods delivered to them free of charge. Customers may also pick it up themselves if they so wish.
7. How is delivery outside Singapore done?
Delivery outside Singapore will be done via ‘speedpost’. Information on ‘speedpost’ can be found at http://www.speedpost.com.sg/
8. I have placed an order for a custom-made item. How long will it take for me to receive the item?
The time taken depends very much on the type of product you have ordered. Generally, crowns and other smaller items take about 2 to 3 months. This duration includes delivery from India to your home country via Singapore. Of course, we will periodically provide you with status updates (with pictures if available) on the progress of your order.
9. How are the items packed for delivery?
We take the utmost care in packing and delivering your custom orders so that your items arrive in perfect condition.
